Our Mission - Titus Christian Prep

Vision

Titus Christian Prep aspires to cultivate a positive, Christ-centered community that develops students in heart, mind, soul, and strength. We nurture the heart through a caring Christian environment, equip the mind through excellent academic preparation for future careers, strengthen the soul through faithful teaching of God’s Word, and build physical strength through healthy habits and purposeful activity.

Mission

Titus Christian Prep educates students by providing a challenging academic program rooted in Biblical truth, creating a learning environment with high expectations for both knowledge and character. We partner with families to build and reinforce each child’s spiritual foundation, and we joyfully share the love of Jesus Christ within our school and throughout the community.

F. The Church is the bride of Christ and is comprised of sinful people who have been sanctified through the cleansing power of His blood. The church, Christians, are redeemed by grace through faith upon obedience to the gospel of Christ through the acts of belief, repentance, confession, and baptism. Eph 2:8; 1 John 1:7; Mark 16:16; Gal 3:26; Acts 2:36-47

G. Christians are called to live a faithful, fruitful life for the purpose of good works. Matt 5:16; Gal 5:22, Eph 2:10 H. Christians have the promise of eternal life with Christ in Heaven. John 3:16-17, Rom 6:23 I. Jesus Christ will return to this Earth in the clouds with power and glory, and He will send out angels to gather the elect. Heb 9:28, 1 Cor 15:52, Mark 13:26-27

J. We believe that God loves each person and desires the salvation of all. 1 Tim 2:3-4
K. We believe that God wonderfully and immutably creates each person as a biological male or a biological female. These two distinct, complementary genders together reflect the image and nature of God. Gen 1:27; Psalm 139:14

L. We believe that the term “marriage” has only one meaning: the uniting of one biological man and one biological female in a single, exclusive union for life as delineated in Scripture. We believe that God intends sexual intimacy to occur only between a man and a woman who are married to each other. We believe that God has commanded that no intimate sexual activity be engaged in outside the bonds of marriage and that all sexual activity outside the bonds of marriage is sinful and offensive to God. Gen 1:27-28; Gen 2:24; Heb 13:4

M. Since life is a gift from God, we believe ALL human life is intrinsically sacred and should be valued including the life in the womb from conception. Therefore, we are called to defend and protect all human life. Psalm 139:13-16

This Statement of Faith does not exhaust the extent of our beliefs. The Bible itself, as the inspired and infallible Word of God that speaks with final authority concerning truth, morality, and the proper conduct of mankind, is the sole and final source of all that we believe. For purposes of Titus Christian Prep School’s faith, doctrine, practice, policy, and discipline, our Board of Directors has the final interpretive authority on the Bible’s meaning and application. In order to preserve the function and integrity of Titus Christian Prep School as an institution for Christian learning, and to provide a role model to students enrolled in this school and the community, it is imperative that all students, all parents of students, and all persons employed by Titus Christian Prep School in any capacity, or who serve as volunteers, agree to abide by this Statement of Faith.
